Kammy Bentley
Kammy founded Renovision Dallas with a simple but powerful belief: when transparency, open communication, and a strong eye for design come together with the right team, the results can be truly exceptional. With over 30 years of experience, Kammy has refined her expertise across real estate, new home sales, and ownership of both commercial and residential construction companies—laying the foundation for the vision and growth behind Renovision Dallas, LLC.

John Bates
With over 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, John combines industry expertise with a strong background in information technology to help bring each client’s vision to life. As one of our original Project Managers, he wears many hats—developing and maintaining the company website, creating detailed project drawings, and nurturing long-standing trade relationships built through years of hands-on experience in the field.

How We Do It
At RenoVision Dallas, our process is intentionally designed to deliver clarity, confidence, and exceptional results. From the first conversation through final completion, we guide you with transparency, professionalism, and care.
From countertops to floors, fixtures and more - we have partnered with amazing suppliers and vendors like MSI, Ferguson, Hiltons and many others. Our subcontractors are the best at what they do, fully vetted and have proven their values and quality of work time and time again.
Phase 1
Design & Planning
We begin with a comprehensive consultation. Our designer visits your home to take precise measurements and understand your style, goals, and priorities. We’ll provide layout, materials, and fixtures-so you can visualize the space before construction begins. You’ll receive a detailed budget breakdown with room to make adjustments.
Phase 2
Materials & Selection
Here’s where your custom design comes to life. Select from custom cabinetry, high-end plumbing fixtures, tile, lighting, and vanities sourced from top suppliers. Your designer will help align aesthetic choices with function, whether you’re creating a luxury space or remodeling a small bathroom.
